Dr. (hc) Saman Kapila Wijenayake (Saman K. Wijenayake) was born in February on the 27 in 1977, in Hettipola City Matale in Sri Lanka. He established Seishin Karate School & Seishin Mixed Martial Arts Club UAE. Saman K. Wijenayake started his carrier in Sports Martial Arts in March 1988. He Practiced Kyokushin Karate. Further he improved his style with Ashihara Karate (NIKO) for 4 years from 1994 under Sensei D. C. M. Karunathilake.

He started karate in junior high school and began teaching karate to young people around 1983.
From 1985, he became a coach in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, and while training many powerful players, in 1988, he built a karate hall in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, and worked on youth health development activities. At the same time, he kept socially inadjusted youths, such as truant students, delinquent boys, and hikikomori youths, at home, and while living together, he worked hard to rehabilite independently through martial arts. His achievements were recognized, and in March 2000, he was awarded the first letter of appreciation from the sports world from the local department of Ina County under the prefectural youth countermeasures.
In May 2001, he established the “Japan Martial Arts Federation, a specified non-profit organization” with martial arts education as the main purpose. In the same year, the technical book “Barritud KARATE” was published by BAB Japan.
In 2002, he was recognized for his achievements in establishing a practice system to safely acquire karate, and received the Higashikunomiya Memorial Award.
